1. Returns Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To return an item, please send the product to the return address provided on the packing slip or dispatch note included with your order.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in good and resalable condition
  • Include original packaging where possible

Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

When returning an item, please quote your order number to help us process your return efficiently.

Customers must take reasonable care of the item(s) while in their possession.

The cost of returning any item will be payable by the customer, unless:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • The item does not match the description provided.

Customer service operates Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT).

We recommend that all returns are sent using recorded or tracked delivery, as WELLNESS VIBE LIMITED cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods are received by us.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned unopened item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for the product.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The amount refunded will be:

The product value minus any promotional discounts applied proportionally across the total order value.

Non-discounted prices are displayed on our website.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will normally be processed as soon as possible
  • In all cases refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request or returned goods

4. Exchanges and Replacement Products

If we send replacement products or exchange items for any reason, additional delivery costs may apply.

Although we are not legally obliged to do so, as a gesture of goodwill WELLNESS VIBE LIMITED may cover the cost of standard delivery for replacement products where appropriate.

Delivery may be arranged via Royal Mail or another authorised courier service.

Promotions or offers on our website may differ from other promotional campaigns.


5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched:

  • The order can be cancelled
  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are normally processed within 14–21 business days

If the order has already been dispatched:

  • The order must be returned to us first
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned unopened items
  • The refund (excluding postage and packaging) will be issued within 14–21 business days
